Cancellation Policy is:

Ticket is good for 1 vehicle entry for selected movie with up to 1 family or 5 occupants
Prices are show in United States Dollars “$” or “USD”

ALL Requests for refunds will be honored with a 1x ticket transferred to a new date, time, or movie at same location in near future. For those customers with “urgent” or “extreme” circumstances (family emergency, etc.,) please place “urgent and/or extreme circumstance refund request” in Header of email and contact the email address above and to the right for a refund. Please DO NOT mark purchase as fraud or initiate a credit card dispute as this is costly and time consuming, and we will work with you. Thank you for your attention to this.
Our movies are from authorized distributors and studio and are not to be video’d for commercial re-use.
We abide by Universe terms and conditions for ticketing, which may be found at www.universe.com and our website privacy policy is that nothing within this site, other than the URL may be forwarded or edited without written permission of ChiTown Movies management or ownership.
All promotions are clearly labeled within the email, marketing, or social media posts and are final, there are no on-going perpetual promotions.
We use Stripe as vendor for all credit card processing, you may contact them at www.Stripe.com for any questions regarding your credit card security, our staff does not maintain access to credit card information, nor handle it anywhere within our servers, emails, or paperwork.
